How to Apply A Lace Wig

1) Position the lace wig on your head. Align the hairline to a natural position by pulling the lace forward. Ensure the front ear taps are even and all the edges are at a natural position.

2) Tie the wig into a ponytail and then remove the wig. Carefully cut the lace off the edges of the wig.

3) Put wig adhesive just below your hairline. Ensure there is a small amount on the hairline all around your head.

4) Tie the wig into a loose ponytail. Line the wig to just before the adhesive. Position all the edges are in place. Push the wig down to form to the glue. Gently pull down the back hairline.

Cleaning the Synthetic Wigs

Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.

Detangle

Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.

Wash

Submerges your wig in cool water. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.

Rinse

Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Do not rub or wring.

Dry & condition

Dry & condition Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. DO NOT WRING OR SQUEEZE.

Styling the Hair

Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.

Storing the Hair

When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.
It is best to store the human hair in its original container. Or you can store the hair in a plastic bag.

I love this wig. For new lace front wig wearers it can be frustrating to make the wig look natural but can be done. Before you put on your wig and if you have a lot of hair underneath as I do. You'll want to decide what kind of part you want (middle, side etc). To make it look flush, you need to make your own part, line up under the part under the wig to match the part of the Wig. Make sure your wig cap is about 2-3 inches from your own natural growing hairline. Remember these types of Wigs are geared more towards hair loss and can be worn for fashion also but you have to know what you're doing. Makeup under the lace also adds to realism and camouflages demarcation.

This is a cute wig and nice color. I am new to Wigsis, but in the three wigs I have ordered with their lace, the hair is always too SPARSE in the lace front where the part is. When I got my wig, my family really liked it, but that is the one thing that always caught their eye and prevents me from having full confidence when I wear it.

In my opinion, no matter what a person does with the lace, powders, presses, you can always see the lace if you are close to a person. For me, I am too self-conscious to have an open forehead with lace. My total wish from Wigsis is more hair in the lace front area for the most natural look. Having said all of that, I think their colors are really good and the cap was very comfortable.
